20 months!

No longer a baby! Brayden has had an exciting month and I'm sure that the next few months will hold even more excitement with the move! He's had visits fMamaw, Papaw and Grandma. We've taken trips to the zoo and parks since the weather has been beautiful down here. He's had playgroups with his friends and it's so entertaining to watch him play with other kids. Trains, cars, buses and trucks are his favorite and he enjoys lining up any toys with wheels in the row like a train.
He is definitely all boy!

Great time to be in Augusta!

Luckily, our 10 months here in Augusta overlapped with one of the greatest sporting events of the year...The Masters!! Jeff and I both got the chance to go and it was amazing! The course was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. It was definitely the most well-organized event that I have ever been to. From the concessions, to the golf shop, to even the bathroom lines...everything was made to be as easy as possible. Beers were $3.00 and sandwiches were only $1.50. Guess they make up for that in what everyone spends on clothing, hats and flags. :) We definitely got our share of stuff!
We started by watching players tee off at the 1st hole, but I started getting frustrated because we were just watching the tee shots and weren't watching them finish with their putts. I guess I'm used to the luxury of watching golf on TV when you don't miss anything! :) We ended up finding a perfect place on the 3rd hole under some trees, which was wonderful in 90 degree weather. Most of the players landed their tee shots right in front of us then we were able to see them putt from where we were sitting. We watched all of the golfers come through then headed back to the car. As we were walking back we passed by one of the walkways to the next hole and K.J. Choi and Tiger Woods walked about 2 feet in front of me. I must say that I used to LOVE Tiger Woods. What he did to his family was horrible, but it was still awesome to see him in person! :)
All in all, it was a great day and such an amazing experience! I was thankful that we went on Saturday though so that we could watch the end of the tournament on the comfort of our couch! :)
Unfortunately, I have NO pictures to prove that we were actually there because you can not take cameras or cell phones inside the gates at Augusta National. This made me sad! :(
