I hate when weekends fly by and you never feel like you had a chance to relax, but this weekend was worth it! On Saturday, we headed to Hyde Park for the Hyde Park Blast where Jeff ran about 4 miles in less than 35 minutes while pushing Brayden in the stroller. Yep...he's much more motivated than me! My mom came down for the weekend to get her Baby B fix so she joined us as well! After hanging out at the pool the rest of the day, we went back to the Blast in the evening for the block party.
On Sunday, Brayden went to his first baseball game. The Indians beat the Reds so it was a great game to go to. It was about 95 degrees before the game but storms rolled through and cooled things off. After the 1 1/2 hour rain delay, the weather was much more tolerable to sit and watch a game! Brayden slept through the 8th and 9th innings, but it was a much needed nap after the busy weekend that he has had! We finished out the day with a trip to Skyline and took Lucy swimming at the dog park!
In other news, Brayden has started to take about 2-3 steps on his own! He'll be running in circles around us shortly!!
